Exceptional hospitality in Toulouse
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth. The complimentary refreshments and local map were a lovely touch. The breakfast selection was impressive and set us up for our day exploring.
Although our room was cozy and clean, the limited space made it challenging to navigate around our luggage. A bit more room for storage would have greatly enhanced our experience.

Positive, The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from attractions. I loved the free coffee and water available all day. The breakfast options were good, especially with two different choices. The staff were super nice and eager to help. The separate toilet and shower were a nice touch.
